William Arthur Kaftan

I’ve been filmmaking since I was six years old, acting in my brother’s short film as a knight frozen in time.

In 8th grade I recorded and directed my first commercials in my hometown for: Sparta High Point Charter School, Sparta Area Food Pantry and the Sparta Chamber of Commerce.

After high school I attended the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee before switching to Milwaukee Area Technical College.

I decided school wasn’t for me

I dove straight into the videography business.

Joined Life, Like Camera.

Sold out Downer & No Studios theater.

Assisted in writing & directing a UWM senior thesis film.

Fist-bumped Shaq recording at The Rave.

I love to record the raw beauty of life thru film.
